About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operation of our office. If you are an organized communicative person, who enjoys being at the heart of a vibrant workplace, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of our reception desk
  • Welcome and take care of our visitors and arrange parking as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage office supplies and equipment – track stocks, place orders and ensure availability of supplies
  • Arrange and maintain office spaces: order refreshment, coordinate with service providers
  • Provide support and communicate effectively with other departments across the company – IT, Legal, HR
  • Liaise with building management and maintenance stafff

Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor
  • English at a communicative level – able to handle everyday conversations with guests and colleagues
  • Proactive attitude and organizational talent – you enjoy solving tasks quickly and efficiently
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook are familiar to you
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Willingness to work on-site in our modern office in Karlín
