About the role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Specialist to drive the optimization and expansion of our ERP landscape. With operations spanning 150+ legal entities, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how financial data flows, integrates, and empowers decision-making across our international business. 

In this role, you will refine our global NetSuite architecture, from multibook structures, country-specific localizations to harmonized financial processes, ensuring NetSuite serves as the single trusted source of financial data across our international operations. 

Key responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and document the current NetSuite configuration, identifying areas for optimization 
  • Design, configure, and enhance NetSuite for financial and accounting operations, including entity structures, dimensions, and the chart of accounts 
  • Implement multibook accounting and localization frameworks in collaboration with global stakeholders 
  • Harmonize master data management (customers, vendors, items, hierarchies) to ensure consistency and quality 
  • Integrate financial and operational processes into a cohesive, group-wide system landscape 
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to enhance financial insight and decision-making 
  • Translate business needs into system configurations that balance flexibility, compliance, and control. 
  • Lead training, documentation, and system adoption across multiple entities 
  • Ensure enhancements comply with internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory requirements 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with finance, IT, transformation teams, and external NetSuite partners 

Qualifications and experience

  • 3+ years hands-on experience NetSuite configuration and support experience 
  • Advanced knowledge of NetSuite configuration and reporting capabilities 
  • Strong expertise in multi-entity, multibook, and localization setups 
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, finance processes, and ERP best practices 
  • Experience with data harmonization, automation, and system integration 
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities 
  • English on advanced level – you will be communicating daily with partners across our locations 
  • Independent, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
