About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Specialist to join our Solutions team. This role is essential in supporting both technical and sales processes for our B2B and B2C customers, ensuring smooth operations across departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers, engineers, suppliers, contractors and regulatory authorities (DSO, ERU licenses)
  • Collaborating with internal departments including Legal, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and international Solutions team
  • Participating in building new processes for technical and sales support (B2B and B2C clientele)
  • Preparing and providing documentation needed for offers (e.g. from engineers, statics, our Technology team)
  • Processing and archiving documents for incoming orders (systems as Eira SharePoint etc.)
  • Assisting with cost calculations and project budgeting
  • Issuing invoices and purchase orders
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs
  • Reporting on activities directly to the Technical Manager

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or real estate
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), as well as CRM and ERP systems
  • Native-level Czech (essential for dealing with authorities) and good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Active driver, category B
  • Strong professional communication skills, proactive approach, analytical and organizational skills
  • Team player with the capacity to work independently
  • High level of resilience and ability to perform under pressure
