Photon Energy has announced details on a further large-scale solar power plant under development in Australia. The 253 MWp (220 MW AC) project in Suntop, New South Wales, is part of the previously announced 1 GWp development pipeline, for which Photon Energy has mandated advisory firm Pottinger to advise on the raising of development capital. The project is being codeveloped with a local joint venture partner. more

Photon Energy NV has published its report for 2017 Q2 with unaudited half-year figures. Photon Energy saw improvements across all business lines and recorded the highest half-year revenues in its history, which carried through to the strongest HY EBIT and highest HY profit before taxation, leading to a swing into profit after taxation. more

Photon Energy announces the acquisition of a project for a 520 KWp solar power plant in the North-West of Hungary. The project is ready-to-build and Photon Energy intends to start construction in 2017Q3 and connect the power plant before year-end. more

3.7.2017 Photon Energy is developing a 316 MW solar power plant in Australia

Photon Energy is developing a 316 MW solar power plant near Gunning, New South Wales, that would currently make it the biggest PV project in the state and one of the largest planned in Australia, comparable in size to conventional utility scale power stations. The solar power plant, which would be constructed on 590 ha of land, is currently going through the Permitting and Grid Connection process. Construction could start in early 2019. more

27.6.2017 Photon Energy arranges the refinancing of the EUR bond 2013/2018

Photon Energy announced that it has mandated Munich-based Dero Bank AG to act as its advisor and lead manager for its planned EUR-denominated bond issue, aimed at refinancing its outstanding EUR bond due on 12 March 2018 (ISIN: DE000A1HELE2). The new bond issue is also aimed at raising new capital for the group’s expansion in Australia and Hungary. more
