Our independent power producer (IPP) portfolio of PV power plants produced 5.2 GWh of electricity.
On a year-to-date basis, 116.6 GWh of electricity has been produced, compared to 97.8 GWh during the same reporting period last year, an increase of 19.2%.
The clean electricity generated by our plants since the beginning of 2022 represents an avoidance of 46,434 t of CO2 emissions.
In November we have agreed to acquire the development rights and land for a 9.8 MWp/10 MWh solar and battery energy storage system facility in Australia. The project will serve as a prototype for a future roll-out across our European markets.
We have acquired a majority stake in Lerta. The Poland-based virtual power plant company aggregates and manages distributed energy resources and has energy trading licenses in six CEE countries. Lerta will be fully integrated into Photon Energy Group.
In response to explosive growth in demand for PV components in the CEE region, we have launched a new B2B eCommerce platform for PV installers.
After the reporting period, we have listed our shares on the electronic trading platform XETRA provided by Deutsche Börse AG.
After the reporting period we have provided an overview of the regulatory situation and the expected impact of price caps and windfall taxation on our revenues.
