Shareholders’ structure

The share capital amounts to CZK 2.3 million and consists of 23 million ordinary, bearer shares with a nominal value of CZK 0.10 each.

Photon Energy N.V. became a majority shareholder of the Company in December 2010 and is a Dutch-based entity owned by Mr. Michael Gartner and Mr. Georg Hotar, the founders and Management Board members of the Company. The shareholders intend to call the exchange offer for minority shareholders and to list Photon Energy N.V. on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
