Photon Energy NV published its monthly investor report for April 2018.  Thanks to the good weather and an abundance of sunny days in April the monthly aggregate electricity production exceeded the forecasts by over 21% across the company’s proprietary portfolio. Furthermore, the first Hungarian power plant in Fertőd has been added to the production report. more

9.5.2018 Photon Energy reports record revenues and EUR 1.89 million net profit in 2018Q1

Photon Energy published its financial results for 2018Q1, posting 33.3% revenue growth and a EUR 1.89 million net profit on the back of the Canadian Solar transaction. The repayment of the company’s corporate bond, the expansion of the Hungarian project pipeline to 25.6 MWp and the grid connection of the first PV plant in Hungary set the stage for a profitable 2018. more

24.4.2018 Photon Water receives support for its water treatment projects in Peru

Photon Water Technology s.r.o. announced that it has been awarded a 50% subsidy for the implementation of its water treatment plants in small and medium-sized municipalities in Peru. In 2018 the project budget is estimated at CZK 4.663 million (approx. EUR 184,000), while the subsidy will amount to CZK 2.331 million (approx. EUR 92,000). The company is committed to covering the remaining half of the needed funds while also ensuring the continuous operation and maintenance of the installed equipment after completion. more

12.4.2018 March 2018: Full repayment of corporate EUR bond, connection of first Hungarian PV power plant and expansion of pipeline to 26.1 MWp in Hungary

Photon Energy published its monthly investor report for March 2018. Due to less sunny weather in Europe the proprietary portfolio of Photon Energy reported slight average underperformance by 5.7%. In particular, the Czech portfolio and the Australian plant performed on average above expectations by 1.5% and by 8.5% respectively. The Slovak portfolio, in contrast, underperformed generation estimates by 15.9%. more

12.4.2018 Photon Energy publishes its Annual Report for 2017 with record results

Photon Energy NV announces the publication of its Annual Report for the year 2017 including the auditor’s opinion. Financial results in accordance with IFRS show consolidated revenues reaching EUR 17.22 million as well as an all-time-high EBITDA of EUR 7.85 million. Profit before taxation improved by EUR 2.35 million to a positive EUR 0.35 million while total comprehensive income swung from a loss of EUR 2.01 million to a profit of EUR 1.80 million. more

29.3.2018 Photon Energy connects its first Hungarian solar power plant and further expands its pipeline to 26.1 MWp

Photon Energy connected its first 528 kWp Hungarian power plant in the town of Fertőd and announced acquisition of eight new projects in Central Hungary, thus increasing its project pipeline in the country to over 26 MWp. more

Photon Energy NV announced on 12 March 2018 that it has repaid its 8% EUR corporate bond 2013/18, successfully closing the life-cycle of its bond market debut. more
