On 3 May 2010, the management board of Photon Energy a.s. gave a mandate to KPMG Česká republika Audit, s.r.o. to serve as the auditors for Photon Energy a.s. and its subsidiaries for the financial year 2010. The appointment of the auditors was confirmed at Photon Energy's Annual General Meeting.
