Integrated Management System

Photon Energy is committed to client service, quality management and environmental stewardship.

For two consequent years in 2010 and 2011 Photon Energy has held certification for the compliance to the following systems with their specified norms from international certification agency Bureau Veritas:

  • A Quality Management system according to the ISO 9001:2008 norm,
  • An Environmental Management system according to the ISO 14001:2004 norm, and
  • An Occupational Health and Safety Management system according to the OHSAS 18001:2007 norm.

 

All three certifications apply to Photon Energy a.s. as well as to its operating subsidiaries Photon Engineering s.r.o., Photon Trading s.r.o., Photon Management s.r.o. and Photon Finance s.r.o., and cover the entire range of Photon Energy's activities and services.

What is our Integrated Management System?

Our integrated management system (IMS) is a management system that integrates all our business divisions into one coherent system to enable the optimal achievement of our business objectives. Our integrated approach means we combine all our internal business management practices into one system. We further manage the continual improvement of the system as well as the quality of service towards our clients. For the different practices to be properly integrated, rather than being simply separate systems joined together, we have established effective linkages so that the boundaries between our internal processes are seamless. The fundamental components of the system include our organisation, resources and processes. Therefore, our people, equipment and business culture are part of the system as much as are our documented policies and processes.
