O&M Service Manager (m/f) for the Southern part of Germany

Tasks:

• Establishment and management of a team of technicians for the maintenance of PV plants
• Search for and supervision of subcontractors
• Monitoring of PV plants
• Preparation of reporting documents
• Customer support, fault analysis and its rectification, continuous market analysis, customer care
• Close cooperation with all divisions of Photon Energy group
• Creation and collaboration on the adjustment of process sequences

Qualifications:

• Technical education, certified electrical engineer or concluded technical studies, with a major in electrical engineering if applicable
• Experience in the PV industry is advantageous, preferably also in the O&M business field
• Experience in servicing inverters (especially central inverters) is advantageous
• Independent and goal-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a team and to assert oneself
• Cost and quality consciousness
• Experience and skills in dealing with customers
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for service purposes
• Very good command of English, Italian will be an advantage

Your tasks:

• Support in research, brainstorming, concept creation as well as design and layout in all areas of our business communication

Requirements:

• Student of communication design (from 4. semester upwards)
• Software skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Sensibility in  handling of colors, typography and layout
• High aesthetical understanding
• Good English skills, Spanish and/or Italian skills of advantage
• Goal-oriented, self-dependant working method
• Being a team player and highly motivated
